Who We Are

You know how the story goes: You're watching some late night cheesy movie, and there it comes - the commercial that asks you to donate 'as little as 5 cents a day' to some non-profit organization dedicated to helping starving children in Africa. Even though it seems rather genuine, do you ever wonder if your donation really makes it to that special child? What about your neighbor's son, whom at his last checkup found out he has leukemia, and now his parents struggle to save every penny they can to provide their pride and joy with the best health care, but alas, the bills are either piling up, or there's some experimental treatment they cannot pick as an option, because it's so far out of their price range.

That's where we come in.

Ready to revolutionize the phrase "giving back," The Wilma Foundation is stripping the nonprofit organization to its bare minimum, handling every aspect without any corporate nonsense and our own two hands. Established by musician veteran Keith Caputo, we're looking for those very children who need our help the most. Every penny coming into the Foundation is all about going to a child who needs the chemotherapy, or needs a new prosthetic, or to a family so badly affected by the September 11th tragedy.

What makes The Wilma Foundation different than all the other nonprofit organization? We stick to our philosophy: Ensure the Earth's future by taking care of its children. One family at a time, one child at a time. Keith will personally find the families that need our help the most, and we will work directly with them to make sure they get the care they need. Every family will know who donated to their cause, because that's how we do things.
